*Lumiere's Legacy Beverage Cards are valid for one (1) complimentary beverage per visit, with a maximum value of $5.00 per beverage. Any amount exceeding the $5.00 value is the responsibility of the cardholder. The beverage card may not be redeemed for multiple beverages during a single visit, and unused visits do not accumulate. One punch will be applied for each qualifying redemption, and the card will remain valid until all designated punches have been used. Beverage Cards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products unless otherwise required by law. Lumière de Vie Event Venue reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions and benefits associated with Lumiere's Legacy program at its discretion.

**All Lumiere's Legacy contributions are voluntary and are made in exchange for future goods, services, experiences, and membership benefits offered by AICH Event Venues, LLC DBA Lumière de Vie Event Venue. Contributions are considered final upon receipt and are non-refundable. By participating in the program, contributors acknowledge that they are supporting the growth and development of Lumière de Vie Event Venue and understand that no ownership interest, equity, profit-sharing rights, or financial return is being offered or implied.

In the event that a purchased benefit, service, or experience cannot be fulfilled as originally described, Lumière de Vie Event Venue may, at its sole discretion, provide a comparable substitute benefit or issue a future credit for use toward goods, services, events, or venue bookings. Any such credit will be subject to the terms and conditions established by Lumière de Vie Event Venue at the time of issuance. Contributions have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or transferred without prior written approval from Lumière de Vie Event Venue.
